The Condos at Golfview Condos truly do view the golf course. It is a 9 hole course with lots of touraments and fun. Active clubhouse with pool tables, bicycle & walking path. Within walking distance to the entrance of Lakes Park. 2 large pools.

No application fee, but there is a charge for transfering the amenities to the renter. This is done at the clubhouse when you arrive. Talk to Dennis and the charge is $100.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

30 day minimal rental period.
$500 security deposit. Renter pays for last cleaning and we take it out of your security deposit $85.
High season is January-April, rents for $2,500 a month call, we are negotiable.
Please add 11% tax to all price qoute except for security deposit.
