Rental Policies

Security deposit reserves your vacation condo ($500). When we receivce this we send you a conformation and the Condo rules & regulations. There is no Application fee here. Additional Rate and Deposit Information

30 days minimal rental period.
$500 security deposit. Renter pays for the last cleaning and it comes out of the security deposit $100.
High season is January-April, rents for $2,500 a month call, we are negotiable.
Please add 11% tax to all prices qouted except security deposit.
