**Minimum of a 3 night rental at $500/night**
June 1 - September 30: $1900/week or $5900/month
October 1 - December 14: $2400/week or $6900/month
December 15 - May 31: $2900/week or $8900/month
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter: $3500/week
There is a City Room Tax of 11.5% for any rental from 1-28 nights
There is a one time cleaning fee of $200
Tenant is responsible for any international calls made
Tenant is responsible for gas and electric in excess of $25 for nightly rentals
Tenant is responsible for gas and electric in excess of $175 for weekly rentals
Tenant is responsible for gas and electric in excess of $750 for monthly rentals
To hold a reservation: 40% of the entire rental
Balance Rent, Room Tax, Security Deposit ($2500.00), and Cleaning Fee ($200.00) are due 60 days prior to occupancy and 120 days prior to occupancy for holiday rentals
