Additional Rate and Deposit Information

30 day minimal rental period.
$500 security deposit reserves your time. when we receive that we will send you your conformation along with the Condo rules and regulations and the Application for Rental from the Condo Association. This you will fill out and send back to me with the Application fee of $100 made payable to Bellasol Condo Assoc.
Renter pays for the last cleaning $150. This will be taken out of your security deposit.
Please add 11% tax to all price qoutes.
