It is the ideal home base for all of your island activites, located just one-half mile directly across to Tilloo Cut, to the open ocean and world-class sport fishing. A short distance to the south there is excellent bonefishing, as well as snorkel and dive reefs.

Of course, any time of the day you can just enjoy the barefoot elegance of Beach Lubbers.

Rental Rates

$2,300.00 to $3,100.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$2,300.00 Weekly 1-2 People
$2,700.00 Weekly 3-4 People
$3,100.00 Weekly 5-6 People
All rates are plus a $300.00 security deposit.
50% of the total rental fee is due with your reservation. The balance of 50% along with the $300.00 security deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival date at which time the reservation fee is non-refundable unless alternate guests are booked for those dates.
No children under the age of 8.
No pets.
Non-smoking home.
