The landscaped extended back garden and all its palm trees overlooks woodland and a lovely lake. Paradise Found, a beautiful spacious property, has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard.
The living room has cozy comfortable seating, cable TV, a VCR and stereo system with switchable additional speakers in the ceiling as well as out on the lanai. A fully fitted kitchen with dining nook and breakfast bar are complemented by a lovely formal dining room.
The master bedroom leads directly onto the lanai and pool area and features a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. A Bose Wave Sound Radio/CD player with remote control provides that extra touch of luxury. The second large bedroom, also leading onto the lanai, has a queen size bed and a second entertainment centre with cable TV, stereo and VCR. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed whilst the fourth bedroom has twin beds, cable TV with VCR and a stereo system.
The dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are all top of the range machines specially chosen to provide quiet, quality performance. In addition, the information age has not been forgotten. The modern computer allows 24 hour internet access. Fun and games or more serious business? The choice is yours.
The pool deck is furnished with high quality cushioned chairs, large table and sun loungers and an electric heat pump makes the pool welcoming even on those cooler winter days. For your added pleasure there is also a gas barbecue.
