First Floor
• Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, and blender.
• Satellite TV and computer with high-speed internet access
• Off the main level balcony, the private pier and open gazebo provide the perfect place to relax while dipping your feet into the turquoise ocean water
• Wet bar with a small refrigerator
• Washer and drier
• Bathroom

Second Floor
• The master bedroom features a king size bed and a private bath with whirlpool tub
• The upper level is completed by two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a pair of twin beds, and a shared full bath
• Also available are two roll away beds, allowing the villa to comfortably sleep eight with a maximum occupancy of ten

Infinity Pools
If you prefer a less salty swim than in the warm seas surrounding Great Exuma, look no further than one of the fresh water infinity pools that overlook the beach.

Tennis Courts
Enjoy a refreshing morning or afternoon set of tennis at the new Tennis Club. There are two Laycold cushion surfaced courts with net and lines to U.S.T.A specifications. The courts are well lit for evening play as well. Or just sit and relax in our Tennis Club lounge with a refreshing drink and cheer your friends and family on from the sidelines. Memberships are available for daily, monthly or annual use.

Full-Service Marina
The full-service marina can accommodate up to 50 boats. Residents and visitors benefit by having a safe and secure place to dock their boats for short or long term. Most people quickly learn that boats can be easier and more enjoyable way to get around than by car. The marina is a great starting point for a day of fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving or taking off to enjoy a picnic lunch on a neighboring deserted island!

Two hobie sailboats are available for rent. There is no better way to see the beauty of Great Exuma.

If 18 challenging holes of golf on a Greg Norman-designed golf course or a full day of spa treatments is more your speed, Villa Vista guests and residents can now enjoy special access to the full-service spa and golf facilities at the new Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma at Emerald Bay. The Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma ant Emerald Bay is just a 25 minute drive along the ocean from February Point.
