Situated between Puerto Banus and the bustling town of Estepona, welcome to our beach home located 75m from the golden sand beach at Playa de Cancelada, known as the golden mile of Andalucia, in southern Spain, and spectacular views across to Africa.

Our townhouse is a charming two story moorish townhouse with three superb private sun and roof terraces bathed in Mediterranean sunlight, yet shaded by pine trees and sub tropical foliage with panoramic views to the sea and mountains from the roof terrace.

The small privately owned exclusive Andalucian pueblo-style development frequently wins the award for the best gardens of the year, additionally there are four small swimming pools, 24 hour security, restaurants and bars within the development right on the oceans edge.

The house comprises; sitting room, library meditation sanctuary,
kitchen/ dining room, 1 x double bedroom and 2 x bathrooms.

The pretty sitting room with its 'romeo & juliet' style window balconies overlooking flower scented gardens, and an additional small retreat library meditation area off with a day bed and choice of inspirational books. The floor coverings are terracotta tiles, with rugs, candles, flowers and paintings in abundance.

The dining kitchen features a breakfast bar, designed in sea colours of aqua/torquoise and is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine and opens directly on to a delightful, peaceful and secluded dining terrace.

Bathroom 1 features a bath and shower and is decorated in typical Andalusian style tiles.

From the sitting room, there is a stylish and feature spiral staircase that leads to the large double bedroom with glass doors that lead to a large sunny flower filled terrace .
There is an additional bathroom 2 next to the bedroom featuring a bath and shower, again in traditional moorish style.

Overall the house is artistic and rustic with beautiful tiled floors throughout, natural wood, whitewashed walls, candles, flowers and artworks in abundance.
With its private terraces this is the perfect place to unwind, chill out and look at the evening stars from the roof terrace.

For the sports minded there are no less than 15 championship courses close by (Los Flamingos across the road) as well as horse riding, tennis,wind surfing, water skiing provided.
In winter, it is only a 2 hour drive up to the Sierra Nevada mountains for skiing, with the beautiful city of Granada and Sevilla, close by.

The weather is perfect all year round! from high 90's in peak summer to low 70's in winter.
This is an all year round vacation home.

Rental Policies

The house will be polished and fully cleaned on arrival, with linen and towels provided.

Arrival Times

Saturdays after 2pm preferable - but can be flexible depending on the occupancy
