The master bedroom/bath has a king bed, TV, sitting area, outdoor deck overlooking the water; The Jr. master with full bath has queen bed, TV, private outside entry and screen porch; Guest room #1 has a queen bed. Guest room #2 has 2 twin beds and full size futon. Guest rooms share a full bath.

In addition, the main house features a billards room, gourmet kitchen with everything you need for entertaining, formal living area w/ fireplace & queen sleeper sofa; family room with eating area, home theatre entertainment center, wet bar, fireplace all overlooking the waterfront. $500 Security Deposit & 1/2 rent due at signing. Balance due 30 days before check in.

Arrival Times

Saturday - Saturday weekly rentals in season. Check in at 4:00pm. Check out at 10:00am. Non-weekly rentals accepted on availability only. $350/night. 3 night minimum stay
