This executive one level home sits on 2 private acres and features a full housekeeping lakefront guest cottage. The homes sit on 500' of level sandy shoreline in a deep water cove small enough for swimming, large enough for skiing.

The waterfront area features a floating sundeck w/dining and lounging area; boat dock w/ swim platform; boat ramp & trailer storage; picnic area; shaded decks; fruit orchard and privacy.

The 4/3 main home is 3000sf with ample parking & a 2 car garage. The home was designed for lakeviews from walls of windows in each room.

The master bedroom/bath has a king bed, TV, sitting area, outdoor deck overlooking the water; The Jr. master with full bath has queen bed, TV, private outside entry and screen porch; Guest room #1 has a queen bed. Guest room #2 has 2 twin beds and full size futon. Guest rooms share a full bath.

In addition, the main house features a billards room, gourmet kitchen with everything you need for entertaining, formal living area w/ fireplace & queen sleeper sofa; family room with eating area, home theatre entertainment center, wet bar, fireplace all overlooking the waterfront. Formal dining room and breakfast bar are located off the kitchen. Large deck with dining for 12 are located on the water front. A gas grill, picnic tables, lifeguard stand, washer & dryer are also included.

The guest cottage features a master bedroom w/ king size bed; leather sofa w/ queen sleeper; fully equipped kitchen w/ dining & breakfast bar; full cabana bath; deep freezer; outdoor deck overlooking the waterfront w/ outdoor dining area and gas grill. TV/home theatre system.

The 2 acre grounds of the property are rare for a mountain lake. The waterfront is private, level, sandy and stretches 500'. The orchard has fresh blue berries, blackberries, peaches, plums and apples in season; Onsite boat ramp with trailer parking; Boat dock with night lighting, swim platform and ladder; Sundeck floats over the water and provides sun lounge chairs and dining area;

Rental Policy

Additional: $150 Cleaning/Linen Fee.
$500 Security Deposit & 1/2 rent due at signing. Balance due 30 days before check in.
All major credit cards accepted.

Arrival Times

Saturday - Saturday weekly rentals in season. Check in at 4:00pm. Check out at 10:00am. Non-weekly rentals accepted on availability only. $350/night. 3 night minimum stay

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

October - March: $1900/wk
April - May 24, 2008: $2000/wk
May 24 - September, 2008: $2800/wk

Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day - $2950/week

Off Season Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years: $2000/wk

3 night minimum for non-weekly rental for $350/night.
