Both the ground floor & the first floor consist of completely self contained private suites, which can be booked separately or together to sleep a maximum of 10 persons*

Two Bedroom Suite

Situated on the ground floor, with its own private entrance this suite has direct access to the private patio area and pool. The suite has two bedrooms with a shower room between the two bedrooms. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to four people, both bedrooms having huge kingsize beds. The lounge area has a comfortable three seater sofa and two matching chairs, there is also a Rattan dining room table and chairs. The room also enjoys an adjoining open-plan kitchen equipped with kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area and one of the bedrooms have air -conditioning whilst the other bedroom enjoys the benefit of a traditional fan. A weekly room service is available at a small extra cost if required..

Three Bedroom Suite

Situated on the first floor, and again with its own private entrance this suite has its own balcony where guests are able to view the spectacular Hua Hin sunset. Guests have shared access to the pool area with fellow guests from the ground floor. This suite is furnished with three bedrooms (one en-suite) and a second shower room. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to six people, all three bedrooms having superior kingsize beds. The lounge area has a comfortable Rattan 3-seater sofa and matching chairs, dining room table and 6 chairs, TV and DVD player and accompanies an open-plan kitchen area which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. The lounge area and two of the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. A weekly room service is available at a small extra cost if required..

Relax and Enjoy .............Built by local builders, the villa is now available for bookings. We hope that you will find our villa a large, warm and friendly residence where you can relax and feel welcome.

You can cool off in the pool all year around. Watch the birds cavort among the hedgerows and palms in the garden or just unwind in your personal lounge after a day of fun in the sun. Simply wonderful! We aim to look after our guests and make their stay special. You can be assured that you will be delighted with your accommodation and will recommend it to your friends.

Rental Policies

Reservations are normally booked from Saturday to Saturday; however consideration will be given to overlaps if requested.

Bookings of less than 7 days are not permitted. A quote for a rerservation which does not fall in a weekly block can be supplied upon request, i.e. 10 days etc.

Please also note that no pets are allowed. Children are welcome. Our villa has a strictly no smoking policy and anyone found smoking on the premises will be asked to leave.

High season - 1st December - 16th April ; 20th July - 31st September

Low season - 17th April - 19th July ; 1st October - 30th November
Electricity - 8 baht (just over £0.10p ) per unit all year

To confirm bookings a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

The remainder of the tariff is required at least 1 calendar month prior to your stay
