The home has a washer and dryer for your use. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and adjacent to both the dining room and breakfast table. Plus free local calls! Crib and high chair! All linen and towels are included.
Rental Policy
Florida law requests all rentals are subject of 13% Sales & Tourism Tax.
No parties of guests who are all under the age of 21 will be accepted.
Directions to the home and access codes will be sent following clearance of the final balance.
