Orahovac is a picturesque fishing village situated in a small hamlet on the Bay of Kotor between Kotor and Perast. The village has a lovely long south facing stone beach, the nicest in the area. At one end of the beach is a seasonal beach bar.

Stone villa- sleeps 8 people.

Vila Hollick is a newly built villa completed in July 2008. It is situated 20 metres from the beach in Orahovac, a picturesque fishing village.

Built on three floors, the entrance of the villa is located on the first floor. This opens into a spacious hall with a large seating area, Satellite TV and DVD and a terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of Kotor. Next to this room is an arch through to the kitchen area and a cloakroom. The ground floor consists of off road parking, a large family bedroom with additional double sofa bed french doors opening on to a terrace, a bathroom with bath/shower, wc and washing machine. This room is particularly suitable for young families as there are no balconies and it is situated away from the rest of the bedrooms. The top floor has three bedrooms two with double beds and one with twin beds. All with their own shower rooms, wc’s and balconies with sea views.

The house is air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months.

Outside we have a patio with a large table and chairs for 8 people and small one with chairs for 4, parasol and a barbeque. Orahovac also has a hotel with a restaurant. There is a seasonal beach bar and village shop for essential items. A local bus service runs between Kotor and Risan.

A non-refundable 25% deposit payable on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is in Euro's by bank transfer.
A refundable deposit of 300 euro's is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
Local taxes of 80 cents per person per day need paying within 24 hrs.
