The villa has an open plan living area with kitchen and dining, satellite TV etc.
On the first floor we have a family room with Kingsize bed and extra double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and wc.
On the second floor we have a double bedroom with Queensize bed and another twin bedded bedroom and bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine.
All bedrooms have a stunning view of the bay of Kotor and have air conditioning and heaters for the winter.
Outside we have a terrace with table and chairs and a view of the bay.
Perast is tranquil and picturesque and suits the more discerning traveller who is looking for something special and provides a great base to discover the countries’ beauty.
It is essentially an old stone nautical town with a strong Venetian influence, located on the Kotor Bay
and surrounded by mountains covered with pine trees. The natural beauty is breathtaking with views
around the bay. The town is rich in history which can be uncovered in the local museum.
The two islands of St George and Our Lady of the Rock are close by and can be visited in one of
the small boats leaving from the square.
Perast has one hotel called the Hotel Conte, which is surrounded in the summer months by small bars
and restaurants.
Perast is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region-
Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, exploring the caves of
Spila above Perast, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.

For couples occupying one room between 1st November and the end of April 350 Euros a full week. ( This would be a sole occupancy.)
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit payable on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Paymentis in Euros. A refundable deposit of 300 euro's is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
A local taxes of 80 cents per person per day needs paying within 24 hrs, our agent will advise you.
