Property Description

We almost always save you $20.00 per night over rates charged by the front desk. We have one hotel room, a studio size condo and 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos with one full bathroom per bedroom. All condos are air conditioned and have private decks.

Property Details

The Nordic Inn, a four season family resort, is located in the center of NH's majestic White Mountains in the quaint town of Lincoln. Just one mile from Loon Mountain and the best skiing NH has to offer, the Inn is also central to three other major ski areas. A free ski shuttle bus is provided to our guests on winter weekends and during school vacation weeks.

Each of our condos is air conditioned, has a gas fireplace, full size kitchen, private deck or balcony and one full bathroom for each bedroom. Along with your reservation, you will have V.I.P. access to our health club with seasonal heated pool, indoor and year-round outdoor Jacuzzis, exercise center and game tables. For your convenience, a coin-operated Laundramat is located on the lower level.

The Nordic Inn has a conference/meeting room and three lobbies, one of which is a tree story fireplaced gathering place for your friends and family.

Rental Policies

Rates are per night and subject to a two-night minimum. During holiday and theme timeframes, longer minimum stays and weekend rates may apply.

Check-in time is 4 P.M. Check-out time is 10 A.M.

A $20.00 service charge will be applied to cancellations up to one week prior to stay. Within one week of stay, a one night charge will be applied if the unit cannot be re-rented. In the event that the unit is re-rented, only the $20.00 charge will apply.

A $200.00 hold will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit. The hold is released after the unit is cleaned, barring no damages or excessive cleaning.

Our units are self-catering and daily maid service is not included with your stay. Arrangements can be made prior to your arrival, for this service, at an additional charge.

Regrettably, pets are not allowed at the Nordic Inn.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates vary between six seperate seasons and different size condos. We offer studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos and a hotel room. Rates quoted above apply to a two bedroom, two bathroom full size condo.



Our minimum stay is normally two nights but this can change during school vacation weeks and theme timeframes.

Your reservation is held on your credit card and the entire amount is charged one month prior to your anticipated stay. A $20 cancellation fee applies to cancellations up to one week prior to your stay. If cancellation occurs during week before your stay, a one-night stay charge will apply.
