Rental Policy

A payment is required to hold your booking, with all monies paid 60 days before arrival. Refunds for cancellation full with 60 days notice, otherwise based on time/rate re-rented. Full details on our website, please read.

Arrival Times

Check-in is after 3PM day of arrival; Check-out is before 12 noon day of departure. SOMEWHAT Flexible, but arrange in advance for variances.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

**Discounts according to length of stay: 7 days, 5%; 14 days 10%, 21 days 20%, 28 days 25%, 30 days 35%, 60+ days 45% OFF !**
No Cleaning Fees
Hawaii Taxes must be added to rent totals.
Damage Deposit (refundable) is $185.
Minimum stay is 2 nights, $20 surcharge for 1 night, $10 extra person/night charge.
