Full kitchen, breakfast room, outside eating area on deck, separate sundeck for you sunbathers, custom crafted dining table in tiki hut theme to seat everyone. We thought it was time Lake Norman had a fun place for our guests to stay and we have created it!! You will never forget this vacation!!
We are direct lake front with boat dock to tie up your boat, fish and swim. Sailboats or flybridge boats or fixed top pontoon boats will not fit under bridge to our property. Ski boats, reg. pontoons etc have no problem!! We accept credit cards too.

Rental Policy

No house parties! Limit of 3 dogs, and dogs only, no cats.

Arrival Times

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Two night min. in off season, weeks only in summer months. Holdays extra.Cleaning fee of $125. Pet fee of $130 per pet up to 3 dogs max. Linens included but not towels!
