Luxury direct oceanfront home. Don't be fooled by "homes" and arrive to find they are actually duplexes...this is a single family home on it's own property and on a non-commercial stretch of family beach.

This gorgeous, beautifully decorated, five bedroom, three bath, Non-Smoking home is not only directly on the ocean but it also has stunning views of the Intercoastal Waterway on the other side.

Covered porch with dining table, four decks, (four of the five bedrooms have their own decks). One bedroom and bath on main level. Listen to the ocean waves from your private bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with new dishes, pots, etc. Wet weather entrance . Complete set of dishes, glasses to serve 16. Relax in a rocker and watch the sun come up and then relax in the front porch swing and watch it set.

One of the few unspoiled beaches left in the United States. Spectacular fishing and wildlife! Our area of the beach is private and not crowded even in the summer but plenty of activities including very nice restaurants and shopping just minutes away.
Casual and serious sportsmen are attracted by opportunities to fish. Throw in a line right off the surf or sign up on a large group or a small private deep sea charter. The New River Inlet is ten minutes away for ocean trolling or gulf stream trips. The inlet area is federal land so you may drive to the north end out on the beach and join the community of fishing families who fish and cookout or tailgate picnic from their vehicle. Most fishermen who are our guests line up the shore right in front of the house!

The fall months of September to November are the prime time when the schools of fish run along the coast (including flounder, spot, mullet, and bluefish) then proceed up the Intracoastal Waterway. Fishermen crowd the Sea View Fishing Pier (just a short walk from our home) all night long when the fish are running.
We do not charge a security deposit. Non-refundable pet deposit is charged if you want to bring your four legged family member with you!

No house parties. Limit of three dogs and unfortunately we cannot allow cats. Absolutely No Smoking inside the house.

$325.00 to $550.00 per day
$1,095.00 to $3,495.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates subject to change, holidays extra, 2 night minimum, weeks only during summer months. Linen not included. Pet fee is $130 per pet and cleaning fee of $125.00
