Main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and doors leading onto terrace and en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes
Both bedrooms have mirrors and plenty of wardrobe space

Bathrooms
En-suite bathroom to Master bedroom with full-size bath, shower over, wc, bidet. There is also a shower room with WC, hand basin and cubicle shower.

Kitchen
Brand new fully equipped kitchen with integrated hob/oven/grill,fridge-freezer,washing-machine and dishwasher. Microwave,Toaster,Kettle. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 people, cooking utensils, iron & ironing board.

Lounge
2 sofas’, one of which converts to a double bed, TV with satellite for English digital channels, DVD player with a selection DVD'S, stereo CD/radio.

Outside
A large private terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers over looks the main pool & children’s pool, there is also another pool for guests to use.
There is a Jacuzzi situated in the gardens and a sauna by the main pool.
The complex is gated with access only for residents and guests and so provides a safe environment for children.
There is also secure underground parking

Rental Policies

50% non refundable deposit on booking, balance due 6 weeks before departure, non refundable if booking cancelled with less than 6 weeks notice.
Breakages/Damage deposit
Guests will have to pay for any damage/breakage which must be reported immediately. A breakages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the fee, payable with balance of fee 6 weeks prior to booking.
This will be returned within 14 days after occupation when the owners have satisfied them selves that there are no breakages due
We can also arrange airport transfers to and from the apartment.

Arrival Times

Apartment is available from 5:00pm on day of arrival and musr be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure, we can be flexible on these times but you would have to enquire
