Enjoy your drinks and meals out on the private screened lanai or inside in the dining area. The condo sleeps six people comfortably. The master bedroom features a King size pillow top mattress and cable TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a pull out twin, play station games. The living room has all NEW bamboo furniture for that “Island Getaway” feeling. The sofa has a pull out Queen sleeper , big screen TV w/ VCR , DVD player and surround sound, stereo. The condo is air-conditioned and tiled throughout, with ceiling fans in all rooms. Full size washer/ dryer. The unit is fully equipped, with dishes, cookware, utensils , linens, towels -all ready for you to enjoy your care-free stay.

This private and gated community on Blackwater sound features a large heated pool, children’s pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball, court, sauna, clubhouse, tiki hut w/ BBQ grill on the water, private marina and dock with boat ramp. Unit has its own private 30 foot dock slip and a large, roof top sun deck with a incredible view of the gulf sunsets. There are benches and chairs on the dock/marina so you can enjoy the sunsets and bay view. Reserved covered parking for one car, additional parking spaces available.

Per HOA rules, no pets allowed in the units
Per county law, maximum occupancy of unit is six (6) persons
This is a non-smoking condo

Refundable security deposit is $500, refunded within 14 days of departure minus any damages. Cleaning fees are $75 and 11.5 % state taxes will be added. All rates include utilities, local phone, boat slip and cable TV, check – in after 3 pm and check out before 10 am

Full payment due 30 days from arrival. Cancellation policy 14 days in advance . Penalty waived for hurricane warnings and refunds for unused days if evacuation required. Note: until confirmed , rates are subject to change without notice
