All furniture is new (bought November 2006). The bedroom has a queen size bed while the living room sofa converts to become a full size bed. Individual air conditioner/heating units are in each room. Full, separate kitchen with modern appliances and granite counter-tops. Beautiful and clean bathroom with a nearly floor to ceiling window in the shower. Spectacular views from 46th floor observation roof-deck. The unit can comfortably sleep 3 adults. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Currently accepting reservations for August, September, and October. I'll begin accepting reservations for November, December, and January on September 1. Rates are not negotiable.

1 night deposit to hold reservation. PAYMENTS *deposits must be paid by PayPal, money order, cashier's check, wire, or can be paid by personal check if received at least 1 month in advance of your check-in date. *balance of payment is due in full at check-in and can be paid by cash, official bank check, money order or PayPal. If using PayPal, you need to add an additional 5% for PayPal fees.
