36 floors above the City's most exciting mix of restaurants, theaters, and shops. Breathtaking river and city views facing west and north with floor to ceiling corner bay windows. Corner apartment. Partial east city view. New York double-paned windows shuts out virtually all city noise. Modern 1 bedroom in newly-built building that opened in late 2003. All furniture is new (bought November 2006). The bedroom has a queen size bed while the living room sofa converts to become a full size bed. Individual air conditioner/heating units are in each room. Full, separate kitchen with modern appliances and granite counter-tops. Beautiful and clean bathroom with a nearly floor to ceiling window in the shower. Spectacular views from 46th floor observation roof-deck. The unit can comfortably sleep 3 adults. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Currently accepting reservations for August, September, and October. I'll begin accepting reservations for November, December, and January on September 1. Rates are not negotiable.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

1 night deposit to hold reservation. PAYMENTS *deposits must be paid by PayPal, money order, cashier's check, wire, or can be paid by personal check if received at least 1 month in advance of your check-in date. *balance of payment is due in full at check-in and can be paid by cash, official bank check, money order or PayPal. If using PayPal, you need to add an additional 5% for PayPal fees.
