Hayden Lake is nestled in the scenic mountains of beautiful North Idaho and considered by many to be the jewel of all Idaho lakes.

Morgan Manor is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished deluxe vacation rental home located on the waterfront of Hayden Lake and can accommodate one or two families. This spacious and open two-story home was designed for casual fun and entertaining on the lake. Able to accommodate up to 12, Morgan Manor has three bedrooms upstairs including a master suite with a king bed and private bath with a dream bath jetted tub. The queen suite and the third bedroom share a full-sized bathroom and are both just off of the main entry, kitchen, and living room. The downstairs has two bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a private bathroom. Morgan Manor also offers a custom kitchen with all of the amenities you will need to entertain and feel at home. With vaulted ceilings, a granite fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/VCR, washer/dryer, and more, you will relax and enjoy all of the comforts while experiencing the tranquility and enjoyment of the Pacific Northwest.

With lake views from the living area and bedrooms you can also enjoy the great outdoors and the beauty of Hayden Lake views from one of the two wrap-around decks. This grand home also offers a double garage with a double carport for parking and storage.

With easy access to the boat dock, the private cove provides for hours of endless lake enjoyment. Located in picturesque North Idaho where lakes and mountain abound, this spacious and open two-story home is easily accessible to town, just a short 15 minute drive. Located on Windy Bay, Morgan Manor offers a boat dock and 100 feet of lakefront. Less than a one hour drive from Spokane International Airport (GEG), Morgan Manor is the best of what the Pacific Northwest offers. Just off of East Hayden Road and only a few minutes drive to downtown Coeur d' Alene, ID as well, which offers a variety of stores, restaurants and activities. Close to the city, yet still offering privacy and an abundance of wildlife, Morgan Manor has it all.

Activities

There is a championship golf course, a full-service marina, lakeside restaurants, shopping, antiques, skiing, and the Idaho National Forest within a few minutes drive. Tennis, amusement and water parks, sightseeing, more restaurants, sailing, boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, swimming, windsurfing, mountain biking, cross country skiing, wildlife viewing, hiking, fishing, hunting, cinemas/movie theaters, museums, and horseback riding are all available in Hayden or within a few minutes drive to Coeur d'Alene. Minutes from the prestigious Coeur d' Alene Resort and snow skiing at Schweitzer Mountain; shopping and sightseeing at Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille.
Hayden Lake is ideal for water sports and recreational boating fun. The lake is habitat for trout, crappie, bass, and pike. Wildlife is abundant. You will see deer in the front yard, wild turkeys, eagles, and osprey.

Summer and Holiday Rates are offered from June 15 to Sept. 15th at $3,000.00 a week (7 nights) - Friday to Friday check in is preferred. Nightly rates are $475.00 a night with a 3 night minimum.

Morgan Manor is offered year-round with reduced rates during the winter and off-season. Please call for off-Season Rates

$150 cleaning fee.

$600 refundable security fee.
