Our rates include taxes and cleaning before and after each stay, the only fee not included is a 8% processing fee.

Rates are based on up to 2 people occupancy with no additional sleeping arrangements. The rates are subject to change based on availability. Please call our office for details.

$100.00 per apartment CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF: the kitchen is not clean, dishes are not clean and put back and if garbage is left in the apartments, or for smoking in the unit.
