Our beautiful cottage is open year round and is nestled among the Appalachian,Blue Ridge and Smokey Mountains. We can accommodate 6 people comfortably and are Handicap accessable.We are centrally located,15 minutes from historic downtown Asheville.

Property Details

Mountains abound in any direction you choose to go. We are located North West of Asheville in the delightful town of Weaverville. Just a short ride to Biltmore Estate and Winery or Thomas Wolf Museum in downtown Asheville or 20 minutes in the other direction to the great Hot Springs Mineral Spas where you can enjoy a mineral soak in one of their secluded out door Jacuzzis, located along the French Broad River. If you love outdoor activities we are only 4 miles from Trout fishing in the French Broad River or Whitewater Rafting and Kayaking about 15 minutes away.We also have Horse Trail riding nearby and the Blue Ridge Parkway has an exit in Weaverville for breathtaking views in any season but specially in the Fall with Mount Mitchell a "must see"
We have a 72 hole Reems Creek Golf course voted best course in Western North Carolina in Weaverville and Skiing at Wolf Laural Ski Resort on Big Bald Mountain is only 18 miles north.

Rental Policies

Deposit of 50% required within 7 days of resevation.Fully refundable up to 2 weeks of check in.
Otherwise deposits are not refundable. Balance due on arrival.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Damage deposit $50, fully refundable within 7 days. Deposit of half the total rate required within 7 days.2 day minimum stay, no smoking, no pets.
Children are welcome.
