Rental Policies

There must not be more than 6 people staying in 1 apartment. Smoking must be on the balcony, not inside the apartment. You must respect people living around the apartment so excessive noise will not be tollerated. Any damage or anything broken in the suite will be taken from your deposit. On arrival you must provide passport copies.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There are no minimum stay requirements as we cater for both Business travellors and lesuire.
The rates go up and down depending on the season but the rate is per apartment per night.
A deposit will be taken in order to secure the booking and also retained in case there is damage to the apartment. The deposit will be returned 7 days after you have left.
