Our private home is located about 5 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe and casinos, directly across the street from Round Hill Pines beach which all tenants have access to. This is a semi-private beach of Lake Tahoe near Zephyr Cove.
The house is very centrally located to a major grocery store, Safeway, post office, several restaurants and gas station in Elks Point Plaza. The home is approximately 5-7 minutes from the Gondola at Heavenly Valley and the downtown area, about 12 minutes from the California Lodge at Heavenly and about 15 minutes from the Nevada side of Heavenly where you will find Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges of Heavenly.

Rental Policy
Security Deposit of $750 required; full rent, cleaning and tax are all due in full 60 days in advance
Arrival Times
Arrival: 3 p.m.; Departure 11 a.m. No early or late departures between December 1 - April 15
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
$750 security deposit, 10% occupancy tax and $350 cleaning fee. Security deposit refunded after check out and walk through is performed.
