Bedroom 3 with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table, balcony with table and 2 chairs.
Bedroom 4 with single or double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.
En-suite bathroom: shower and oversized bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Main bathroom: shower/bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juice maker and TV. Full set of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Lounge/dining area: 3-seater sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, hi-fi w/CD, TV, video and DVD and dining table with 6 chairs.

Villa Rosa Apartment (Lower Level)
Bedroom 5 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side tables. Bedroom 6 with twin beds, wardrobe and side tables. Shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, juice maker and fridge/freezer. Full set of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Lounge/dining area with wicker sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table, TV, hi-fi w/CD, video and dining table with 4 chairs.



Notes on accommodation
Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 5 all have a large double bed. Bedroom 4 has single or double bed (can be made as a twin). Bedroom 6 has two single beds. Bed linen and Towels are provided for all rooms (linen and towel change upon request). Sky satellite TV is available in Villa Rosa upper level. Pets are welcome.


Outside
A large private pool 8x4m is available for the use of both upper and lower level accommodations. The secluded grounds are a mixture of patio areas, gravelled areas and borders planted with palm trees, exotic and Mediterranean plants. Poolside terrace with 8 sun loungers, parasols and tables. BBQ with outside dining area and table with 6 chairs..

Coast/Beach
Sitges is the nearest beach resort (15 mins by car). There are over 17 beautiful beaches to choose from including family beaches, gay beaches, nudist beaches and rustic coves. It's a lovely Spanish town with traditional Spanish feel and has not been over developed. It also has a cosmopolitan Marina. Its highly popular with affluent Barcelona residents and many have second homes here. There are many great restaurants, bars and clubs. Regular trains are available into Barcelona from Sitges.

Golf
Sitges Golf Course (Terramar)15 mins from villa, El Prat Golf Club (Designed by Greg Norman) 45 hole golf complex 1st class for golfers who look for first class golf. 35 mins from villa. Other golf courses in this region : Masia beach, Montanya,Llavaneras,vallromanes,St Joan,Caledes,Bonmoount and PGA Catalunya golf course. Please contact regarding green fees.

Travel
Barcelona airport - 35 minutes by car. Car hire is highly recommended in order to make best use of local facilities and also because we are in a more rural location. There are however taxis and a limited bus services.

Distances
All quoted times are by car: Sitges 15 mins. Barcelona 35 mins. VillaFranca 5 mins. VillaNova 15 mins. Montserrat 30 mins. Olerdola (nearest shopping area with Supermarket) 5 mins.

Further details
Location: South of Barcelona straight down the main motorway (C32) which provides very good connections. Barcelona town centre, Barcelona airport, Sitges and Tarragona are all off the C32. Barcelona is very simple to drive into. Straight down C32 following signs. Many cheap car parks in town. Universal Studios Theme park and Costa Caribe water park are excellent theme parks and a must for any family.
