The open living room and dining area, along with every bedroom -each with a private terrace - make the most of views to the pool, fountain and vine covered walls. There is an intimate dining courtyard off the kitchen and another outdoor space overlooking the pool for a more casual gathering experience. There is rooftop palapa with wonderful views of the Bay of Banderas and the mountains.
There is a 16 X 40 foot heated pool carefully nestled under seven large palm trees which provide dappled shade for the patio and large lawn and gardens.
Casa Roja ia a two bedroom home just across the garden court from Casa Azul, and while the two homes share the large pool, each house has almost total privacy from the other because of the waythe homes are sited behind garden walls and lush planting.
Casa Roja is a charming two bedroom house just steps away from Casa Azul with local red tile floors and beamed ceilings It has two bedrooms each with with twin beds, two baths, a gourmet kitchen, large living room, dining area and a covered portico that stretches from one end of the casa to the other and overlooks the pool, fountain and gardens.
Casa Azul and Casa Roja may be rented together or individually.
We are just two blocks from the beach and are located between Avenidas Abasola & Javier Mina on a quiet and quaint cobblestone street in a residential neighborhood.
The address is Franciso I. Madero #67 which is about three blocks south of Mark's Bar, Sandrina's Restaurant and near to a number of smaller grocery stores. There is gated, off-street parking and the house is within easy walking distance just five blocks south of the village square, restaurants
and shops.
