50% deposit. Full payment charged 30 days prior to arrival. 2-4 night minimum for advance reservations. 3 night minimum for high season dates if the stay does not include a weekend night. 4 night minimum during high season months if the stay includes a weekend night. 2-3 night minimum for Low season month reservatios. One night stays can be accommodated on a last minute basis.
