The second master bedroom has it's own bath and covered balcony. With one King bed, two queens and two twins, this home can accommodate eight people. Great for two families or even a reunion.

The large, fully equipped kitchen opens up to the family room and breakfast room giving you plenty of space to share with the family. A living and dining room combination complements that with a place to read a book or just relax. There is a two car garage and room for two more cars in the driveway.

The community clubhouse offers both an indoor and outdoor pool. Other ammenities include a state of the art fitness center, game room, play area & lounge w/wifi access. Also in the community is a tennis court, crabbing pier and a kayak dock.

Rental Policies

1/3 rental amount plus $300 security deposit to book unit. Final Balance due 45 days before check-in date.
