This lake area cottage, is recently renovated with all of the comforts of home, is surrounded by tall pines and is 1/4 block to Lake Mary. Sleeps up to 7. Amenities Include: Pontoon boat for additional fee, Wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 32” TV, DVD Surround Sound, Sony Play Station game system, grill, outdoor fire pit, canoe, snowshoes. Nearby snowmobile trails, hiking, swimming, bowling, horseback riding, boating, golfing, hunting and Antique Shops. Aquanut’s Water Show, Wednesday’s and Saturday’s during the summer. Great fishing, summer and winter. Extremely comfy and Cozy. Newly renovated.

About Twin Lakes

Twin Lakes is the perfect year round getaway located only one hour and 10 mins from Chicago. Situated by two lakes, Lake Mary and Lake Elizabeth, this town offers a variety of summer and winter activities. A short walk, drive or boat ride can take you to many of the local restaurants. On most weekends and on Wednesdays in the summer, the Aquanuts have a ski show on Lake Mary. Nearby are snowmobile trails, hiking, swimming, bowling, horseback riding, boating, golfing, apple orchards, wineries and Antique Shops, or just sit back and RELAX.

Rental Policy

* Two night minimum
*one-time $65.00 cleaning fee
*Rates are seasonal.
*Nightly rates may vary within a single reservation.
*Maximum Occupancy: Three Bedroom-7.
* Each Lake Home must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older.
* No Pets Allowed.
* Fires must be in the fireplace or fire pit and cannot be unattended.
* Please be careful when using any equipment, toys, bikes, canoe and snowshoes that have been provided for use during your stay. We cannot be responsible for injuries that occur with their use. these items must be secured and locked up when not in use or unattended.
*Additional terms are outlined in the information book located in the Lake Home and cover garbage removal, arrival and departure information,etc.
*$200.00 deposit +Tax required to guarantee reservation.
*Balance will be due 10 days prior to arrival.
*No refunds for early departure.
*No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
*Check-in time: After 3:00 PM - Check-out time: 10:00 AM
*Check for availability prior to paying.
