This duples is situated in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Palma Sola Bay and is less than two miles from the best Gulf beaches in the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. It is also just a short drive to some of the best Golf Courses on the Gulf Coast. Many other attractions like Busch Gardens and Disney World are within a two hour drive.

The home has ample storage for your RV, boat, jetski, or motorcycle. There is access to a dock and boat ramp and some of the finest fishing within walking distance from the property.

A central Laundry Room equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers is accessible from all Units. The room also has an Office Area complete with High Speed Internet. The Units share a Telephone with the main extension located in the office and remote extensions located in Units B & C. The Phone offers unlimited long distance within the US and Canada.

A Rec Room is located on the lower floor of the home giving tenants the opportunity to wind down by playing a game of pool, cards, board games, puzzles,
or darts.

The home is also equipped with a Chair Elevator for those who have trouble navigating the stairs.

$125.00 to $200.00 per day
$700.00 to $1,100.00 per week
$2,350.00 to $3,250.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates quoted are for a Saturday to Saturday stay. However, depending on availability, the unit requested may be available for alternate arrival dates and (for additional nightly rates) extended departure dates. All major Credits Cards are accepted through PayPal. Payment can also be made by check or money order in US Dollars.

A Security Deposit of $250.00 is required to secure your booking with the total rental amount to be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment, to include Security Deposit, is due when booking within 6 weeks of arrival. The $250.00 Security Deposit will be returned shortly after your stay upon confirmation of the home being vacated in a satisfactory condition.
