Property Details

Located on the seventh floor of the prestigious Maisons sur Mer ocean front high rise, our 2-bedroom condo has 1,500 square feet of heated living area and two large balconies with an additional 350 square feet of furnished outdoor living space. Features include panoramic views of the ocean from bright spacious rooms, sunlit glass-walled breakfast area, balcony access from all rooms (excluding bathrooms), and unique floor plan allowing for maximum privacy (the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo). For the comfort of our guests, the condominium is rented as a non-smoking unit.

We have recently added the following special features to our condo. They are:

* 37" LCD flat panel TV in living room
* 32" LCD flat panel TV's in both bedrooms
* VCR/DVD combo in guest bedroom
* High speed internet with wireless capability

Dining room - seating for six at dining room table, mobile server, mirrored wall

Fully equipped kitchen - including smooth top range, microhood, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, blender, electric frying pan, crock pot, cooking utensils, baking utensils, dishes and silverware to serve at least eight, wall telephone

Glass-walled breakfast area in kitchen overlooking ocean with seating for four

Master suite - queen bed, walk-in closet, 32" LCD flat panel TV, DVD player, telephone, AM/FM clock radio, angle view of ocean, private bath (tub and shower)

Guest bedroom - two queen beds, walk-in closet, 32" LCD flat panel TV, VCR/DVD combo, telephone, AM/FM clock radio, frontal view of ocean

Two full baths - one in master suite and one adjacent to second bedroom. Each bath is equipped with a wall-mounted hair dryer. Bath adjacent to second bedroom has a walk-in shower

High Speed Internet Connection with wireless capability

Laundry room with washer & dryer; iron and ironing board provided

Two large balconies - one accessed from the kitchen, living room, and second bedroom; the other accesssed from the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. Both balconies are furnished. Balcony railings are covered with mesh screening for the safety of small children

Linens and departure cleaning included in the weekly rental rate

Views of spectacular sunrises over the ocean year round and breathtaking inland sunsets during certain times of the year

Off-street parking for up to two vehicles per rental

Two rental beach chairs and umbrella available at no cost to guests during summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). This is a $120 value.

We are proud to be owners in the Maisons sur Mer building. Long regarded to be the pre-eminent oceanfront high-rise in Myrtle Beach, Maisons sur Mer offers 24-hour security, an on-site maintenance staff, four high-speed elevators, direct beach access, a large pool, tennis courts, putting green, driving net, snack bar, and oceanfront cocktail lounge. Because only a small portion of the Maisons sur Mer condos are rental units, guests enjoy a relaxing, un-crowded atmosphere that is perfect for family vacations.

The minimum rental age is 25. House parties are strictly prohibited.

Guests are not permitted to bring pets or motorcycles to the Maisons sur Mer property.

We love our second home and have tried, within our means, to make it as comfortable as possible for both guests and ourselves. We are definitely not absentte owners. From our library of books, board games, and VCR tapes to our comfortable beds to our wall-mounted hair dryers, we have given a lot of thought to equipping 707 Maisons sur Mer with the extras that make it our guests' "home away from home".

Rental Policies

The minimum rental age is 25. House parties are strictly prohibited.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: we will refund all monies deposited if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the rental period and the unit is re-rented. In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a full refund will be made for all reserved nights not used.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m.

$400.00 Reservation deposit necessary to confirm tentative reservation.

Balance of rental amount due 30 days prior to rental date.

State and local taxes (11%) not included in rates above.

Rentals subject to $100 security deposit which is refunded after key return if unit is left in the same good condition in which it was found.
