Property Details

Upon arrival you will receive complementary refreshment along with large detailed map of the area, showing our favorite restaurants, shopping, beaches and sites.

Our large Palapa Garden Gazebo has Wireless Internet / Cable TV / VCR / DVD / Stereo / Board Games / Hammocks located right next to the Swimming Pool and waterfall along with comfortable seating and an outdoor shower.

Our gardens surround the pool area with bougainvilleas, various palms, orchids and flowering tropical plants.

A walk through our gardens can be very entertaining with all the wildlife, turtles, iguanas, birds and of course our dog Lana the gate keeper. Lana is a Mayan breed called Xoloitzcuintli, she's very friendly, well behaved and a nonbarker.
In the back we have a large cage housing Parakeets, Iguanas and "Bobby" the Duck.

We have a large fully equipped outdoor Kitchen with BBQ and Bar.

Mornings bring a large 2 course breakfast served outdoors between 7:00-9:00am with plenty of fresh hot coffee.

Baldwin's Guest House has 4 large rooms 3 King and 1 Queen bed with
A/C, overhead fans, cable TV and private baths with beautiful Mexican hand painted sinks,

The Casita, Tres Palmas, is located on the front of the property beside the pool. This beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is private with A/C, overhead fans, cable TV and full kitchen. It can accommodate up to 4.

Our Mexican House is located the back of the property surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The Mexican House is a one bedroom with King bed or 2 twins, A/C. overhead fans, cable TV, private bath, kitchen and living room.

Kathy says "What's a bed and breakfast"... without comfortable beds and a great breakfast."

All our rooms have Private Baths with pressurized Hot and Cold running water, A/C, Overhead Fans, Cable TV, Quality linens and beds.
Rooms are supplied with Bottled Water, Blow Dryers, Shampoo.
