Come and enjoy our brand-new, second-floor condominium overlooking the beautiful Lake Kennedy. This is an exclusive condominium association. There are 4 units per building and only 20 units overall. It has been upgraded with wooden cabinetry and granite countertops with ceramic tile.

Sit on the screened lanai and enjoy the peaceful view of the lake. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, second bedroom has twins, and the den has a full-size leather sleeper couch. There are four TVs connected to cable; a DVD and CD player or stereo music in the living room. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. You will have a complete kitchen for preparing your gourmet meals; and, a microwave for your leftovers from eating out at the many excellent nearby casual and fine dining restaurants. Washer and dryer in unit.

After golf, shopping, or a day at the beach; refresh yourself with a dip in our heated pool. The hot tub will also soothe your aching muscles. Fish or boat from the docks or Tiki Hut. The outdoor grill make it easy to enjoy fun and food with friends and family.

Rental Policy

No smoking allowed in unit or on lanai. No pets.
