Wolverine is a quiet small town with 3 restaurants including carry out pizza, a general store, bank with ATM, post office, library, and small shops. The Sturgeon River "runs through town" One of Michigans Fastest moving rivers. Great for Canoeing, tubing, kayaking, fly fishing and swimming, local park has swing rope over river and Town host and annual Lumber Jack Festival. Gaylord is only 20 minutes south on I-75 and Petoskey is only 25 minutes West on Mitchell rd. Indian river is 15 minutes north and Mackinaw City is only a short 30 minute drive north on I-75. It is a great location to Hunt, fish, water sports, Centrally located to most of Michigans northern Golf Courses. Relax and have fun
