The house is located on a quiet dead-end street, abutting conservation area, within an easy stroll (1/4 mile) to a warm and gentle Nantucket sound beach. You can swim, play in the sand, and enjoy the view of Lewis Bay and many boats that enter Hyannis Inner Harbor every year. Island Ferries and the lively Hyannis center are also within a walking distance. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities; we supply bed and bath linen, beach towels and chairs, basic paper products, condiments and other necessities to make packing easier for you. There are A/C units in the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans, in case the sea breeze is not enough. Local phone service and wireless DSL are available free of charge.

We are located near Hyannis Marina and Harbor. Your vacation possibilities are endless here! Get out on the water in a cruise ship or sailboat; explore the islands; take a train that chugs through country farms and hidden fields; get a bird's-eye view from a plane or glider; enjoy an afternoon of strolling and shopping - it's all within your reach! Hyannis Harbor, Cape Cod Railroad and an airport all just a few minutes walk. Fishermen would love one of the deep sea fishing expeditions that leave from Hyannis Harbor. And you can cook your fresh catch in our well-stocked kitchen! Whether you prefer spending your time relaxing, sipping a drink, enjoying a barbecue or looking for some world class dining, there is something for everyone! Our house has a fenced backyard, patio and a grill. Or walk to Hyannis with its eclectic and fun collection of museums, library, carousel, art galleries, restaurants, amusement centers, ice cream parlors, sailing centers, island ferries and much more.

Enjoy your stay! Relaxation comes in many forms on Cape Cod and sometimes you just want to stay at home, enjoying the breeze from the sea and the sweetness of doing nothing. There is cable TV, VCR, DVD player, books and games, for an occasional rainy day or a quiet evening in. We also have a library of adults and kids' DVDs. The bedroom downstairs has a second TV with cable and DVD player, so everyone can enjoy their favorite movie The kitchen is outfitted with all necessary cookware co you can prepare gourmet meals if the inspiration strikes. Outdoor grill and propane are provided for the grill master in the family. Both kids and adults love the badminton set and the convenience of bicycles if you want to run down to the store for that morning newspaper. 'The house is very well equipped. Golf and Beaches Long recognized for its quaint charm, glorious beaches, and superb dining, the Cape today is also known as a golfer's paradise, offering some of the most scenic and diverse layouts found anywhere. There are 5 great public courses within a short drive from our house. There is also excellent hiking and biking. Explore the conservation area next to our house or get out to the Cape Cod Rail bike path! We provide you with a free beach pass to 16 beaches in Barnstable - explore to your heart's content. Craigville beach is a favorite with the younger crowd, Sandy Neck is famous for the lighthouse and marvelous dunes, sheltered harbor and bay beaches are great for the little ones. From our mid-Cape location, you can take day trips in either direction: from Sandwich and Falmouth to Chatham and Provincetown. The house is not toddler proof, but well-behaved children are welcome. There's a Zooquarium, Pirates Cove mini golf course and other family amusements within a few miles.
