The Mulino di Rimaggio is a XVIII century water mill trasformed in three elegant spacy apartments. Because of the meticolous architectural restoration has been awarded status of protected historical building by the Fine Arts Department.

The apartment runs along the banks of the Rimaggio stream and enjoy the the atmosphere of the water bubbling.
it is on two floors connected by an easy staircase.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with a spacy dining and the terrace on the river bank, a cozy sitting room with fireplace, TV set, satellite, radio, stereo, telephone. there is also a sofa bed; a bathroom with shower cabin.
On the second floor there are a double bedded room, a bathroom with shower cabin, a twin beddedroom that opens on the pool edge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas stove, coffe maker, bread toster, cuttlery and dishware for more than 6 people.
An hairdryer is provided.
Sheltered garden with dining table, chairs, chaises lounges, parasol and BBQ. Indipendent central heating.
Linen and towels are provided and changed on Saturday.
Communal laundry room offers washing machine, iron, and press boards.

The XVIII century Mulino di Rimaggio has been carefully restored and divided into 3 elegant spacy apartments. Because of the meticolous use of original materials and the respect of the ancient architecture, the Mill has been awarded status of a protected historical building by the Department of Fine Arts.
The names of the apartments corrispond to the original use or setting:
"Hayloft", "Millstones", "Stream".
Each apartment has its own personality and has been furnished with family furnitures and objects of the past to make them warm, welcoming and confortable. Each one has double entrance, private sheltered garden with dining table, chairs, chaises lounge, parasol and BBQ; fully equipped modern kitchen, living/dining room with log fireplace, 1 double bedded room, 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower cabin; central hiting, satellite TV, telephone, stereo.
The laundry room with washing machine, press board and iron is shared by the 3 apartments. Ample communal parking facilities.
The exclusive infinity swimming pool (19mt. x 11mt.), fed by a waterfall, occupies the space of the mill pond, that originally operated the Mill and offers quality furnishing and parasol to enjoy the Tuscan sun and the scent of local erbs and bushes of the garden that streches from the banks of the stream to the private road. Majestic tall poplars, oaks, acacias and walnut trees offer large shade along the stream.
Frogs, lizards, bats, little birds, butterfly make the happiness of the children.

The Mulino di Rimaggio nestles in the Valdarno slopes of the Chianti hills and is located in the centre of the world wide famous Tuscan Golden Triangle of the celebrated art cities Firenze, Siena, Arezzo.
Firenze is 1 hour driving, 40 minutes by train from the Montevarchi station, Siena and Arezzo are about 40 minutes driving.

Monasteries, castles and small ancient towns can be visited in the day time.

Shops, markets and large grocery stores are available in Cavriglia (3Km.), in Montevarchi (7Km.). A large selection of good reastaurants, trattorias and wineries are available in the area.
The area is well known for fashion shopping as we are only 30 minutes from "The Mall", the most famous outlets centre in Italy, and Prada outlet is only 20 minutes far.

The Motorway A1 (Exit Valdarno) is 10 Km far.

Rental Policies

A deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required to confirm the booking within a week from the reception of the booking form. The final payment must be done 6 weeks before the expected arrival date. A 250,00 Euro deposit will be requested at the check in and returned at the departure time.
