Rental Policy
This is a no-smoking home. Rentals to those over 27 years of age. Dogs allowed with prior approval and $25/pet fee. $250 Security Deposit is refundable. $130 cleaning fee includes home and hot tub.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Labor Day Weekend 2008 $300/night minimum 3 nights - $135 for additional nights.
