Rental Policy
The price per week covers the cost of full,private use of Villa Kalliopi for up to six people (3 bedrooms) inclusive.
Luxurious,white bed linen provided. Top quality hand,face & bath towels provided. No beach towel included. The villa will be cleaned weekly. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Additional cleaning / changes on request-payable locally for a small charge.
Long winter or summer lets of 2 weeks + and a discount can be negotiated. Please ask for more details.
Book early and be some of the first people to enjoy Villa Kalliopi when it launches early 2008.
We have high standards ourselves and can promise your confidence in booking early will not be misplaced.
First come first served for School half term and Easter Holidays.

To reserve a deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure.
If your booking Villa Kalliopi within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable when you reserve.
We appreciate strictly no smoking inside the villa.
A $300 security bond is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay.
Arrival time is after 4pm. Villa Kalliopi must be vacated by midday on day of departure.
Full booking conditions will be sent with the reservation form. We can send you an advance copy of this on request via e mail.
Payment currency and methods: At the moment in GBP or US $ by personal cheque or Internet bank transfer

Our preferred days of Wednesdays or Saturdays for changeovers. Other days of the week possible depend on time of year. Please call / e mail to discuss your request. The villa will be availabel 4 pm arrival day and 12 pm on departure day.
