This condo is called The Kid's Playhouse and is ready for families with children. Toys and port-a-crib included. MBR has King size bed and bath with ceramic tile shower and jaccuzzi tub. BR2 has a Queen bed, BR3 has twin beds. Twin BR has a 20" flat screen TV with DVD/VCR/CD and Living Room has a 32" Plasma TV with VCR/DVD. The kitchen has granite counter tops, great appliances and kitchen equipment. A departure clean is always included. Mom can take a real vacation!

Known as Yaupon Dunes, this condo complex is located on the eastern end of Oak Island. Sandy beaches, soft surf and a fishing pier close by. Lots of local interest with restaurants, shopping, miniature golf and fishing. Great sightseeing at nearby Ft. Caswell, Historic Southport on the Cape Fear River, Bald Head Island, lighthouses, Marine Museums and much more. Golf at Oak Island Country Club. Activities exist for everyone in the family.

Oak Island, North Carolina, is 14 miles of shoreline that faces south towards the Atlantic Ocean. More than half the island is a wooded, residential area and therefore, the island has local services such as police and fire departments, an active recreation center, a nice library, a vet, churches and a senior center. "Locals" actively turtle watch. People are friendly and laid back. And of course, there are local icecream shops and a Dairy Queen. There are several local coffee shops with wi-fi internet.
