The Marquette Beach House is a quiet, relaxing retreat from everyday life. Three generations of our family have lived in and enjoyed this home. We are excited to share it with you, and hope you will be our guest!
Property Details
In the Beach House, you are surrounded by amazing views of Lake Superior. The home features an open living room and kitchen area, with an eat-in counter, and a family room with satellite TV and DVD player.
We have four bedrooms which accommodate a total of eight people, two full baths, main floor laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and folding chairs for your use on the beach. Our large deck has patio furniture & built-in benches for you to enjoy the beautiful views, and stairs that bring you to the path down to the water. Situated on two partially wooded acres, we have 125 feet of Lake Superior sandy beach frontage for you to enjoy while you stay at the Beach House.
We are located just 5 miles from Marquette, where you will find shopping, restaurants, Northern Michigan University & Marquette General Hospital. It is a beautiful town in all four seasons, with plenty of outdoor things to do at any time of year.
The Beach House is available for weekly rentals from June through September. Please see availability calendar for open dates. We look forward to having you as our guest! :)
Rental Policy
$250 refundable security deposit & signed guest contract required to hold reservation. (If cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date, security deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to rent those dates.)
No smoking, no excessive drinking and no pets, please.
Weekly rentals only during the summer, with Friday check-in and check-out.
$50/week discount for return guests (good only on weekly rentals).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
September 20-30, 2011: $900/week
Shorter-length rates (June, Sept.):
$135/night with 3 night minimum or $300 for two nights
Summer 2012:
June 1-8: $975/wk.
June 9-Aug. 31 is booked.
September: $925/wk.
The Beach House accommodates up to eight people. If your family is larger, please contact us. :)
Children are welcome! Portable playpen, high chair, potty chair and safety gates available at no extra charge upon request.
