Kick back and relax in this fully furnished unit that includes a gas fireplace and cable television. Take in the mountain air and a view of Wheeler Peak from your private balcony, or check out the shops and restaurants nearby. This condominium is located in Snowfire, a 40-unit condominium complex with an excellent reputation and our unit is on the second floor, close to the elevator.

* Two blocks from base of ski slope, convenient shuttle bus right outside the front door
* DSL high speed access available in unit for nominal fee if you bring your laptop
* No computer? Walk just a few feet to the Shuter Library for high-speed Internet access
* Portable crib for little ones
* No smoking and no pets

The weather in Angel Fire is fabulous! Expect sunshine an average 345 days a year. Temperatures range from 35-78 degrees in the summer, making it a popular summer destination. In the winter, average snowfall of of 140 inches in the valley, 210 inches on the ski mountain.

Rental Policy

$100 deposit holds your date. Need to cancel? No problem, if we can rent the unit you will not be charged. If not you'll earn a credit to use within a year. (See rental contract for details.)

Arrival Times

Check in at 3 pm, check out by 10 am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

More information: Rates vary by season and are subject to change. Inquire for current rates. $100 refundable damage deposit holds your date. Balance due at least 21 days before arrival, 30 days for peak season.

Payments accepted: PayPal, personal check, cashier’s check or money order in US funds.

All rentals subject to sales tax and one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Check in time is 3 pm; check out time is 10 am. Weekly rentals begin on Sunday, end on Saturday.

Cancellation of less than 30 days prior, no refund on deposit, however it may be applied once to different dates. No smoking, no pets.
