This condominium is located in Snowfire, a 40-unit condominium complex with an excellent reputation and our unit is on the second floor, close to the elevator.

The weather in Angel Fire is fabulous! Expect sunshine an average 345 days a year. Temperatures range from 35-78 degrees in the summer, making it a popular summer destination. In the winter, average snowfall of of 140 inches in the valley, 210 inches on the ski mountain.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

More information: Rates vary by season and are subject to change. Inquire for current rates. 50% deposit required to reserve dates. $200 refundable damage deposit. Balance due at least 21 days before arrival, 30 days for peak season.

Payments accepted: PayPal, personal check, cashier’s check or money order in US funds.

All rentals subject to sales tax and one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Check in time is 3 pm; check out time is 10 am. Weekly rentals begin on Sunday, end on Saturday.

Cancellation of less than 30 days prior, no refund on deposit, however it may be applied once to different dates. No smoking, no pets.
