Kauai, the Garden Isle is blessed with the some of the most breathtaking landscapes and sights Hawaii has to offer. Kauai's beaches are famed for their pristine beauty. It’s championship golf is unmatched.

Our condo is located at Kauai Beach Villas, a private oceanfront property shared with the Hilton Kauai Beach Hotel. It is surrounded by exotic lagoons with swan, geese, ducks, fountains and landscaped with magnificent native foliage. The 3-mile beach is one of Kauai’s longest, with beautiful sunrises. Kauai’s famous Wailua public golf course is next door. The Lihue airport is 5 minutes away.

Your rental is newly remolded, furnished and beautifully decorated. Facilities include tennis courts, a separate condo pool, whirlpool and BBQ’s.

It’s central location lets you see all of the island easily. It is 30 minutes from Poipu and Princeville and 5 to 10 minutes from the Kauai’s biggest towns of Lihue and Kapaa. They offer the widest variety of shopping, groceries, restaurants and entertainment.

The partial ocean view, from the lanai and living room, looks across the parking lot and is windowed in between the tree's. You can see the ocean and white foam from the waves. The beach is a 1 minute walk.

Your rental has a large living and dining room with a partial ocean view. It has all new Hunter Douglas vertical blinds, Berber carpet, custom imported tile, full electronics and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The queen sofa bed has a 6 inch Sealy innerspring mattress, so it will sleep 4 comfortably. The new rattan furniture includes a lounge with ottoman, coffee and end tables, round stacking tables and two bar stools.

An electric brass ship’s lantern with dimmer hangs over the large rattan dinette with glass top and 4 very comfortable cushioned chairs. It looks out at the partial ocean view and beautiful grounds.

All new custom tile leads to the bar, bedroom, bathroom and small desk office vanity area. Elegant solid red mahogany varnished doors lead to the living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The lanai has lovely cushioned Better Homes and Gardens rattan furniture, 4 chairs, 2 ottomans and a glass top table.

Extra touches we provide:

Two full entertainment centers with cable TV, high spped internet ($25), VCR, DVD and stereo, all remote controlled in the living room and bedroom; air conditioning in the living room and bedroom; brass ceiling fan with lights; and lovely artwork and silk flower arrangements throughout the condo.

There are screened and louvered windows and a screened sliding lanai door. The partial ocean view, from the lanai and living room, looks across the parking lot and is windowed in between the tree's. You can see the ocean and white foam from the waves. The beach is a 1 minute walk.

A spacious, fully equipped gourmemt kitchen with new solid wood cabinets, granite counters and bar tops and 2 bar stools. All new appliances, electric stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, disposal, blender, wide slot toaster, thermal carafe coffeemaker with timer, George Foreman Grill, waffle maker, small food processor, steamer, rice cooker, 6 qt. roaster oven, hand mixer, corning ware, full pots and pans, exception knives and block, complete formal china, glasses, silverware, cutlery, mugs, wine glasses, salad bowl, Tupperware and all utensils.

The sink has new fixtures, a sprayer and a dual filtered water dispenser so you will not need to buy bottled water.

We've even added a convenient condiment drawer for you. It has ketchup, mustard, stadium mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, sweet and low and coffee creamer and a few other items contributed by past guests.

Your rental is also equipped with its own washer and dryer for your convenience. There is an iron and ironing board and step stool as well.

Laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, bathroom tissue and paper, cleaning supplies and trash bags are all included. In the bathroom a starter of shampoo and hand soap are included.

Your sleep comfort is important. The bedroom has a new king firm mattress and box spring. There are 4 king pillows, 2 firm and 2 medium, extra regular pillows, and the 2 sets of sheets and pillow cases are a luxurious 300 percale thread count. A full length bi-fold mirrored closet has with loads of hangers and a safe is in side.

Your bedroom has air conditioning, new Berber carpeting, a ceiling fan with light, end tables, lamps, vanity desk and mirror, large dresser, screened and louvered windows, Hunter Douglas blinds, art work, silk flowers and a silk tree. There is an alarm clock, telephone and full entertainment center with cable TV, DVD, VCR, and Stereo with sleep timer.

Thereis a modern, completely remodeled, well lit bathroom with full bathtub and shower with grab rail.

Enter through an elegant solid wood red mahogany varnished door for privacy and quiet. The tile floor, cabinet, tiled counter, mirrored medicine cabinet, china sink, brass faucet and brass towel rings, shower tile and the custom brass frame shower doors have a white etched leaf pattern. All are new.

There is a has a hairdryer with night light, and starter toiletries are included.

There are two sets of high quality cotton towels per person in a convenient rack. With an Egyptian cotton thick spa bath sheet per person.

Between the bedroom and bathroom is a desk/vanity - dressing/work area with a telephone, 2 mirrors - one on the desk wall with three vanity lights and a full length wall mirror. A large armoire has a hanging closet on top and two dresser drawers for additional clothes storage. You'll find your four beach towels here.

Beautiful landscaping with manicured lawns, trees, flowers and bushes are everywhere. There are walking paths with bridges along the lagoons, which have fountains. Swan, Geese and Ducks float along in the lagoons. At night the lighted grounds offer a peaceful and romantic atmosphere.

The condo's pool and Jacuzzi with padded lounges and gas BBQ’s are located on the walking path right behind your unit.

Sunrises are beautiful on the beach most mornings. I took all of the pictures on our website with my simple digital camera. You can walk the 3 mile long beach along the golf course all the way to Lydgate Park.

The Hilton hotel is elegant throughout if you choose to go there. There is a coffee shop with pastries, sundries shop, art gallery and jewelry store. You may not use their pools.

The hotel has weekly dinner theatre showings of the play South Pacific and a weekly luau.

The restaurant is very good. There is a prime rib and seafood buffet on weekends. The bar is comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy meals overlooking the lagoons.

Rental Policies

Other Terms and Conditions for our Kauai condo vacation rental:

Each rental has a $150 per stay or week security deposit that is fully refundable if the condo is left clean, there is no unauthorized late check out and there is no damage, theft or smoking. The deposit is refunded within 30 days of check out after the phone bill is received.

Check in is after 3:00 PM. Check out is 10:00 AM.

Early check in is possible if no one is checking out the same day.

Late check out reserved in advance is a full night rent, unauthorized late checkouts are not permitted.

Late checkout with a half night rent plus tax; if the condo is not rented for the day of your checkout; can be requested at any time after arrival but not guaranteed before 3 PM the day before your checkout and must be paid at time of confirmation by credit card or will be deducted from the deposit.

Multi week and monthly Kauai condo rental rates are available by quote.

Full name, address, phone and email address must be furnished at time of booking.

Full Payment is due if reserved within 2 months of rental date.

A 50% deposit is due by Check or Money Order; at the time of Kauai condo rental reservation; for the total rental if reserved more then two months beyond the rental date, .

A 35.00 handling fee is charged for payments made via Visa or MasterCard, wire transfer or through Paypal.

Any international conversion costs will be added to the total.

The full balance is due with the security deposit 2 months prior to the arrival date.

Check in and out is easy. The keys are in a lock box at the condo. Go directly there, put in the combination, remove the keys and enter your vacation home and start relaxing.

To check out, leave the keys in the lockbox, housekeeping will verify they are there.

We like to have your travel information, airline arrival and departure times and flight numbers as well as rental car information and reservation number. This way we can try and arrange early cleaning if possible if your arriving sooner then a 3:00 PM check in and also let you know if a later check out is possible. If you should leave something behind, that housekeeping finds, we may be able to get it to you before your flight leaves.

Cancellations more then 2 months prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a one night condo rental cancellation charge.

Kauai condo rental stay must be completed within one year of original reservation date.

ONE date change, subject to availability, with 60 days' or more advance notice is allowed at a $100 charge.

Cancellations or Additional Date Changes are at these charges:

60 days or more - 1 night rental .

59 to 46 days' - 2 nights rental

45 to 29 days' - 3 nights rental

29 to 8 days' - 4 nights rental or 50% of condo rental total, whichever is greater

7 days or less - no changes permitted and no refunds.

ALL DATE CHANGES WILL INCUR ANY APPLICABLE RATE INCREASES FROM OFF SEASON TO IN SEASON PLUS ADDITIONAL TAXES.

Change fees are paid in full at time of change.

WE RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
The condo is always clean and ready for check-in.

The cleaning fee is for a cleaning and laundry after every condo rental checkout. It charged per rental of one week or less. If rented for more then one week it will be performed weekly and is charged for in the rental by the week. (2, 3. 4 weeks X $95)

Daily maid service and linen changes are not included with your Kauai condo rental.

1 hour maid service is available for $45.00 an hour plus 4.17% general excise tax.

Our Kauai condo rental has its own washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.

There are an abundance of additional linens and towels for your comfort and use.
