Our newly rebuilt Grand Cayman condo is 1250 Sq feet and sleeps up to six. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, central air, screened in lanai, pool, cable TV, DSL access, and a DVD player. This immaculate Cayman vacation rental also features a washer, dryer, sofa/sleeper, and a completely equipped kitchen. Custom decorating for this Cayman island condo includes stunning granite countertops, maple cabinetry with a rich cherry finish, and porcelain tile flooring. Everything in this Grand Cayman condo is brand new from the solid cement building, to the well-designed, upgraded island décor.

Rental Policies

50% deposit due upon booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Rental Rates

$250.00 to $314.00 per day
$1,750.00 to $2,200.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Low Season - April 16th - December 14th..$250 per night/$1,750 per week.

High Season - December 15th - April 15th..$314 per night/$2,200 per week.

Christmas week and New Years week is $2,500 per week.

There is a 5 night minimum stay, but you can arrive or depart any day of the week.

All rentals are subject to a 10% Cayman Government Tax.

Special discounts are available if the condo is booked within 20 days of arrival.

A 50% payment of the rental is required to hold the reservation with the balance being due 30 days prior to arrival.
