Property Description

These two 2,000 sq. ft. custom built homes are located on a one acre property, 10 miles from Nelson, BC on the North Shore of Kootenay Lake. The open floor plans, vaulted ceilings and walls of windows allow stunning panoramic views of the lake.

Property Details

Unit A has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large covered deck for shade. Unit B has 3 bedrooms plus den, 2 and a half baths. The 16' by 24' master suite has a king size bed, three headed glass shower, and a 42" by 72" air-bubble soaker tub overlooking the beach. The second and third upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with an acrylic shower bath. The main floor den has a hide-a-bed sofa to accomodate additional guests. The third bathroom is located just steps from the den. The living room has a piano.

The beach is one of the nicest in the area with beautiful white sand and a shared wharf to dock your boat. The local marina offers a variety of boats and personal watercraft for hourly or daily rentals.

It is a short drive to Nelson, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park, Balfour, Kootenay Lake ferry landing, Ainsworth Hot Springs, Cody Caves, and the many local golf courses. Come and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Amenities: Gas BBQ's and patio furniture on deck overlooking the beach. Satelite TV, wireless high speed internet access, Fully equiped kitchen and laundry rooms. Bath towels and linens are supplied.
Don't forget to bring your beach towels and toys.

Rental Policies

Since both houses are on the same waterfront acreage, we can accomodate large family groups of 15+ who wish to rent 2 houses.

Arrival Times

Check in is Saturday at 4pm. Check out is the following Saturday at 11am. This allows our cleaning service time to prepare the houses for our next guests.

Rental Rates

CAD 1,600.00 to CAD 2,000.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday
$1,950 per week for the first 6 guests
Over 6 please call
50% deposit required to book
