LOCATION:The studio is located directly behind the Grand Hotel, Croisette. This is a perfect location in the heart of Cannes close to the beach (1 min), shops, restaurants and the Palais des Festivals (4mins). An excellent choice for both Holidays and Business travellers. ACCOMMODATION:The studio sleeps 2 on a comfortable sofabed which is made up for your arrival. Giving you the flexibility to use as a sofa during the day time. To sleep 3 or if two people want to sleep separately I can supply a single aerobed which inflates automatically (similar to a futon) at additional cost. The studio is fully air conditioned; opposite the sofa bed is a large flat screen TV and DVD Player. TERRACE:The studio has glass doors leading out to a south facing terrace with a table and 2 chairs. It receives sun all day, making the apartment light and airy.BATHROOM:Shower, WC and basin, fresh clean towels. The studio is situated in the centre of Cannes known as 'le banane'. Within the Grand Hotel complex its perfectly located, the apartment building is directly behind the Grand Hotel, on the Croisette (seafront). Its close to everything that Cannes has to offer, 1 minute to the Rue D'Antibes, 1 min to the beach and 3 to 4 minutes from the Palais des Festivals; the centre of all the congresses.
