Rental Policy
$975.00 - $4500.00 week
Lodging Tax: 11.5%
$300.00 per week to heat pool.
There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded day after check out if home is left in order as found).
Cancellations and Refunds: A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.
Deposits: In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request.
