Nestled in the woods, TRILLIUM, is on Lake Michigan in Good Hart, offering a large great room w/ stone fireplace and picture window, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus large loft. The kitchen w/wraparound deck overlooks the beautiful sand beach.

TRILLIUM is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront home. It is nestled in the woods on 190' of sandy Lake Michigan beach. Perched over the beach, it offers beautiful views of Beaver Island to the west and glorious sunsets.

LARGE GREAT ROOM W/ STONE FIREPLACE. Table and four chairs beside picture window with glorious sunset views. Two leather couches flanking stone fireplace. Occasional tables and several reading lamps, skylights, ceiling track lights highlighting the mantle and a variable speed ceiling fan.

KITHCHEN with double sink beneath double window that overlooks beach. Sliding glass door that opens onto wraparoud deck. Dishwasher, electric range with vent fan, microwave oven, toaster, full sized refridgerator/freezer. A table and six chairs adjacent to the large picture window overlooking the beach and sunset views.

WRAP-AROUND DECK has a glider plus a round glass top table with achairs and sun umbrella. Three steps down to lawn and patio with charcoal grill. A few steps further down to the beach.

MASTER BEDROOM has two twin beds, dresser and large closet. Attached bathroom with sink, tub & shower, toilet.

2ND BEDROOM WITH IN-ROOM SINK has two twin beds pushed together to make a king, dresser, large closet and in-room sink.

GUEST BATHROOM, with stall shower, toilet and sink.

LOFT BEDROOM with double bed in end room with dresser, dressing table and couch.

LARGE LOFT with twin beds and small deck overlooking Lake Michigan.

WASHING MACHINE AND CLOTHES DRYER in garage.

PROVIDED LINENS: Comforters or bedspreads, blankets, dust ruffles, mattress covers and pillow protectors, as well as kithen towels, and potholders.

BASIC AMENITIES: The house is initially stoked with basic paper products, soaps, charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill. We ask that you replace any items you may use up during your stay.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring bed sheets, bath linens, and beach towels. Also think about bringing DVDs or videotapes, beach toys, kayaks and bicycles. Don't forget your camera!

RESTRICTIONS: Trillium is a NON-SMOKING house. Pets of any kind may not be in the home or on the property without prior written consent of the owner. No Jet skis. ATV's or other motorized redreational vehicles or watercraft may be used at or near the property. There is no parking available for trailers, RVs or similar vehicles.

May 26, 2007 through September 8, 2007: $2,000 per week
September 9, 2000 through December 15, 2007: $1,200 per week
