$500 Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the home
Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
Final Payment due 30 days before check-in
Cancellations must be made at least 60 days
prior to check-in
$120 Departure Cleaning Fee
10% Florida Tourist Tax Required
Check-in Time is 3 pm
Check-out Time is 10 am
$500 Security Deposit required with all weekly reservations, additional deposit may be required for reservations made less than a week (Security Deposits are returned 15 days after check-out, given satisfactory leave)
NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed, as we have many clients of whom are allergic, and we are proud to keep our homes smoke and dander free!
Stays that include other holidays such as Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July may be subject to additional fees (pre-determined, please call)
