This lodge is a great place to base from while exploring Yellowstone National Park and the surrounding area.

Property Details

Head west to Yellowstone National Park and spend a glorious week or just a few days surrounded by wilderness and the beauty of the Aspens in the gold mining town of Jardine, Montana! This former lodge for miners is located only minutes from the north entrance to Yellowstone, and is close to Jackson Hole and Big Sky.

Choose from a myriad of fabulous activities during your stay, only minutes away, including horseback riding, fly fishing, hiking and whitewater rafting, just to name a few. We are also open for winter activities such as cross country skiing out your front door or wolf watching in Lamar Valley. The town of Gardiner is a short drive away allowing you to shop and eat out if you choose. We are happy to help you plan your vacation and arrange some great activities, as it can be overwhelming with so many adventures to enjoy. Jardine is located 1 1/2 hours from the Bozeman, Montana airport.

Rental Policy

Reservation Deposit:
A deposit of ½ of the total rental fee is required to reserve a property. Payment may be made by personal or business checks, Visa and MC.

Payment of Balance:
The remaining ½ of the rent plus the 7% Montana State Accommodations Tax is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation.

Security Deposit:
This deposit is $500, and may be used to cover the cost of any damage to the property or theft of items from the property. It may also be used to cover cleaning costs if more than the normal cleaning is required. Montana law requires that if, within 3 days of guest departure, the Cleaning Personnel have detected no problems, the full amount will be refunded to the guest. If problems have occurred, the Owner will determine what portion of the Security Deposit will be retained and the balance refunded. All refunds will be made within 10 days after departure in accordance with Montana law.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. These times are necessary to allow for cleaning and laundry between guests. Whenever possible, we are happy to honor requests for earlier check-ins and later check-outs.

Pet Policy:
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED except under special circumstances. An additional pet deposit of $500 is added to the Security Deposit and a cleaning charge of $25.00 per pet is added to the rental price. All pets must be approved in advance and listed on the Guest Agreement.

Smoking Policy:
PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING inside and outside!

Cancellation Policy:
If it is necessary to cancel your reservations, you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the planned arrival date. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to your planned arrival, your reservation deposit cannot be refunded unless we are able to rent the property for that period of time. In this case, we can return your entire reservation deposit minus the $100 cancellation fee.
